“There’s an evolution to the art of perception.”
Carolyn Myss
Sometimes, even with the thought of change, an emotion asserts itself strongly enough to prevent you from considering any possibility. Too painful, too overwhelming, too much too soon.
Whenever you do agree and make a change to shift directions in your life, your ego, the aspect that gives you a sense of who you are, may immediately react with fear. It doesn’t like change; it thrives on the security of what is familiar, what it knows.
Because of the increasing planetary changes, the increase in vibratory frequency as measured by the Schumann Resonance that affects biological oscillations in the brain, what we are all experiencing now is different than anything that has been experienced before on the earth plane. As energy shifts impact our bodies and our consciousness, fear may certainly arise.
With the Empowerment Process, the ego and the body can be supported to transform your energy. Understanding and experiencing a new perspective will give you an opportunity to integrate a new point of view into your life. You’ll come to a place of peace in the present.
In the 10-step Process the change in perspective comes once you have identified the thoughts, beliefs, and unfulfilled needs in steps 1-5. It is part of the natural flow of the process.
At this point, as you create a new perspective and integrate it into your mind/body system, you have given yourself a major opportunity to feel more yourself. The transformation process then culminates in your empowering statement and fulfillment visualization.
Using Life Energy Represented Through the Chakra System
The goal of looking into the Chakra system as a representation of our energy flow in Balancing Your Chakras for Energetic Transformation is not to memorize a diagram or representational picture of what is natural and born of a divine making. Rather, we are aiming to become sensitive to our bodies’ energy as it influences our mind and behavior.
As we begin to shed our Ego attachments, we become more aware and sensitive to the dynamics of our inner and outer energy vortices. We learn to work from our energy body which is how we develop our intuitive knowingness through our inner experience.
We become more accustomed to trust our innate intelligence and instincts, and enhance our ability to positively influence and direct its development. Our self-confidence and empowerment leads us to depend less and less on outer acknowledgement in order to feel accepted and valued. Consequently, our ability to understand and interact with others is enhanced. We no longer would ever feel threatened by something from the outside that is a carryover thought or emotion from the past nor feel the need to protect ourselves. Our heart can open safely and fully.
Grounding Ourselves
Grounding is a term used to mean connecting to and feeling “in” our bodies, connecting to the Earth energy from which our body is made. It’s a feeling of being centered in our earthly vehicle which we use for energetic transformation. From a grounded state, we allow our energy to flow. Our goal is to enliven spirit into that body and continue with our individual process of healing and evolution in this time and place.
Remember, as you open to your own gifts, you become a greater gift to the Universe
