Step into Your Own Power
What’s new with the Empowerment Process? There is ALWAYS something new, in our goals for the coming year, and in our relationship with our world! What is new with the EP is every change we make individually and collectively in our growth to live life most fully. What I personally think about most, is living more fully by recognizing and utilizing my greater potential within, and supporting others desire do the same. I am passionate to share a truly effective way for you to move into your own heightened potential through the Empowerment Process.
The value of the 10-Step Empowerment Process (EP) is not simply in answering our questions, or making clearer decisions, but in the discovery of our deeper, inner nature that is full of creativity, love, and willingness to grow. Those who are ready and eager to transform their lives find that EP helps them become more energized and creative, and simultaneously live a more peaceful life.
Accept and Surrender your Resistances
One of our greatest challenges is to recognize any life-long dis-empowering habit, an on-going behavior pattern that doesn’t serve us anymore, and then to change it. For example, why would we want to let go of anger toward someone who has wronged us, or toward the masses who still want to make war? The main answer to this question is that this attitude and its emotional content only support what we don’t want. Fire burns. Let’s plan to put a salve on any hurt within us where we are wounded, and make life a more comfortable place for ourselves and others. We reap what we sow, so let us sow seeds that nourish us.
Take the Opportunity to Transform and Heal
Our busy lives don’t always allow us the time we want or need to do our inner work. However, when we actually put inner work on top of our priority list, it seems to benefit even that issue of procrastination, and we find ourselves “creating” the time we need. Overwhelm is easy to detect, but before it reaches that point, that’s when we need to stop the busy-ness and regroup.
Some ways you can see if you are ready to make a transformation, identify and resolve an issue, concern or confusion:
————————————————————
* Listen to your mind-talk. Are you judging anyone or anything, or comparing yourself with others, causing a feeling of “smallness” inside?
* Recognize an emotional imbalance. Are you feeling overwhelm or avoidance?
* Feel your body’s messages. Are you paying attention to your own physical reactions or on-going symptoms?
**
Just by noticing these points, by paying attention, you will automatically be given an inner direction for transformation. If we pay attention to that, and are ready to act, then we progress.
