Having facilitated thousands of people around the world and taught well over 60 in person workshops, I know that you have the power and courage to make positive life changes.  I am so thrilled to have this self-paced course on-line. You will have it forever and you can do the Process anytime you want.  

Use your power to make significant positive transformations with the Empowerment Process.  This course is meant for you to learn over time.  You can set aside an hour to do some every day, twice a week, or whenever you feel ready to make important shifts in your awareness. Just begin with Module 1 and continue from there.  The finish line is number nine.  The time it takes to do a session will get shorter and shorter to only be a half hour or even a few minutes. 

In the EP course, you will learn the skills that you can use anytime you feel a lack, concern, or need to go forward without knowing what to do.  You only need the awareness and courage to transform.
